The tasked force will be chaired by Donald Trump with Vice President JD Vance as co-chair. The task force will coordinate efforts among federal agencies to support tournament planning, security, and logistics.

President Donald Trump signed an executive order establishing a White House Task Force for the 2026 World Cup and, alongside FIFA President Gianni Infantino, unveiled the 2025 Club World Cup trophy.
With the event being co-hosted by the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, the initiative aims to ensure smooth execution and maximize economic benefits.
