Ainsley Earhardt is an American conservative television news journalist and author. She is well known for being the co-host of Fox & Friends.
Ainsley was born on September 20, 1976, in Spartanburg, South Carolina where she grew up with her parents and siblings; brother and sister. She attended Sharon Elementary and had her high school education at Spring Valley High School. She also attended Florida State University but had to transfer and graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in journalism.
Earhardt began her career in 2000 working as a reporter for WLTX before she graduated from the University of California. In 2005, she started anchoring the weekday morning and noon news for KENS-TV. She moved to New York City and joined Fox News Channel in 2007. Since 2016, she has been the co-host of Fox & Friends.

Her mother, Dale, died from cancer in 2018.
