She loved to travel, and her aristocratic personality made her a popular choice for men and women alike.

However, as she age, her health began to decline rapidly.

In 1992, she was diagnosed with colon cancer that was in an advanced stage and was subsequently hospitalized.

She also underwent two separate operations, the second of which was fatal.

A divorce from her first husband led to the actress returning home and raising her children. She fought off illnesses such as respiratory disease, anemia, and depression.

Sadly, she died of cancer on January 24, 1993, and was buried in the Toloshenaz cemetery in Paris.

The actress’ cause of death is unknown. While her cause of death is still under investigation, she died of complications caused by lung cancer.

Despite her fame, she did not live a life of luxury. Her first marriage was to British subject Mel Ferrer, who was a doctor who specialized in the treatment of cancer.

The couple divorced in 1968, and Audrey Hepburn married Italian psychiatrist Andrea Dotti. After their divorce, she began a new relationship with Robert Wolders, whom she later married in 1989.

After her death, Hepburn continued to work on her movies.
