Burkina Faso’s military leader, Captain Ibrahim Traore commissions a newly built detergent production facility
Since taking over Burkina Faso via a coup d’etat in September 2022, Captain Ibrahim Traore has been committed to ensuring the development and sustainability of Burkina.
In light of his commitment, Ibrahim has commissioned a newly built detergent production facility, in a bold step towards industrialization and self-reliance.
The facility will provide a native alternative to importing detergents into the country and will also help reduce unemployment.
This is not the first step he has taken to ensure the development of the country. He has cunt down the rate of Burkina’s imports and exports to and from neighboring countries and other international bodies.
In February, Ibrahim commissioned a rice processing factory with a capacity to process 1 tonne an hour in Douna, Burkina Faso a means to increase rice production and food security.
