Callum Hudson-Odoi reportedly switch from England to Ghana

Callum Hudson Odoi who plays for Chelsea has reportedly made a decision to switch from England to play for the Ghana Black stars.

The champions league winner weeks ago was in Ghana to his holiday after the season ended.

On his Visit, Hudson Odoi met with President Akufo Addo who made an appeal to the youngster to consider playing for Ghana where his father comes from.

According to reports, Hudson-Odoi made his mind to don Black Stars colours due to racist abuse suffered by England players after Euro 2020 final.

Judging from the fact that Hudson Odoi himself is also black the rumuor says he want to switch from England to play for Ghana so not to suffer any of such racial abuse in the future.

Odoi’s father Bismarck Odoi once played for Accra Hearts of Oak during his playing.

He spent time watching Hearts of Oak against Great Olympics when he came to Ghana.

Callum Hudson Odoi is currently in London with his team Chelsea as they begin their preparations for the upcoming season which will kick off 4 weeks exactly from today.
