Donald Trump to introduce new “Gold Card” that will be sold to only elite immigrants at $5 million
President Donald Trump has announced that a new immigration card called “Gold Card” will be made and sold to immigrants for $5 million.
Trump explained that the Gold Card is a premium version of the Green Card. He also says that card will provide its owners a pathway to citizenship.

“We’re gonna be selling a gold card. You have a green card, this is a gold card. We’re gonna be putting a price on that card of about $5 million and that’s gonna give you Green Card privileges plus… It’s gonna be a route to citizenship. ” he said.
Trump also emphasized that the card won’t be available to to just anyone and that only “wealthy people” will be able to afford it. And he sees as a way to invite wealthy investors into the country.

“And wealthy people will be coming into our country by buying this card. They’ll be wealthy and they’ll be successful and they’ll be spending a lot of money and paying lot of taxes and employing a lot of people.”
Donald announced that the card will start being available in the next two or three weeks.
