A broadcaster of The Beat 99.9fm in Nigeria has expressed disappointment over how Ghanaians are not putting in enough work to promote Rapper Sarkodie like Nigerians do to their stars.
The broadcaster of The Beat Fm said this when Sarkodie went in for an interview all in attempt to promote his newly released album “No Pressure”
In an interaction with BET winner, the Presenter said when he heard of Sarkodie coming for the interview, he took time to research about his achievements and what he found out was mind blowing.
He admitted Sarkodie sold out O2 theatre before Burna Boy but maintained Ghanaians on social media have been sleeping on Sarkodie and Joy putting enough light on his works and achievements.
He added that, Sarkodie is that one artiste putting Ghana on the global market when it comes to Showbiz but he as a Nigerian feels Ghana is not doing enough to project Sarkodie like artiste on his level in Nigeria are promoted by Nigerians around the globe.
Sarkodie himself admitted it’s one of the challenge he is faced with.
