Glenn is the co-founder and Executive Co-Chairman of Aspen Medical, a prominent provider of outsourced healthcare solutions situated in Canberra.

Glenn had a remarkable career in the Australian Defence Force prior to creating and directing firms in the private sector (ADF). His duties included everything from training through test flying, engineering, and logistics support for Army aircraft.

Glenn and his long-time buddy, Dr. Andrew Walker, created Aspen in 2003.

After 15 years, Aspen now employs over 2,000 people in Australasia, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East, Africa, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Customers today include the government, defense, mining, oil and gas, and humanitarian sectors. Glenn and Andrew were named runners-up in the World Entrepreneurs of the Year competition in 2017, and Glenn was named an Officer of the Order of Australia for his charitable leadership in the business sector as well as his advocacy work for persons with intellectual disabilities.

Glenn has placed social responsibility and community involvement at the center of Aspen Medical’s culture as an ardent promoter of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Glenn is a UK graduate of the International Test Pilots School and the University of New South Wales. He is an Honorary Fellow of Engineers Australia, a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
