The Marvel Cinematic Universe has produced 28 films. The first one was Iron Man in 2008, and the last one was Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in May 2022. The Marvel Universe is a huge franchise, and fans are well-served at the cinema. Considering that the first Avengers movie came out nearly 10 years before the first Iron Man movie, it’s a great time to jump into the Marvel world.

The first two Avengers films introduce the four characters that are members of the team, and bring them together to stop extraterrestrials from destroying New York City. Thor battles Malekith the Dark Elf, and forms an alliance with Loki. The third Avengers movie follows Steve Rogers, the superhero who is a member of the Avengers, during World War II. In this movie, Steve Rogers is able to become stronger thanks to a serum created by the creators of the Avengers. The wartime theme song for the film was composed by Alan Menken.

The fifth Avengers movie, The Defenders, will be released in 2019. It will be the first Spider-Man movie to star Mark Ruffalo. Among the other sequels to the MCU is The Avengers: Infinity War. The sequel to the Spider-Man movies will also feature Spider-Man: Homecoming. There are also two more films in the MCU. The MCU has been re-invented several times, and Feige’s films have undergone a lot of change.
