The Red Light, Green Light doll’s 10-year-old voice actress says her parents won’t let her watch the violent Netflix smash because she’s too young.
In an interview with Morning program on Tuesday, the young actress who dubbed the horrifying Red Light, Green Light doll in Squid Game’s English language remake and acted as the main character’s daughter confessed her parents won’t let her watch the violent Netflix smash because she’s too young.
“I have not watched any of it,” she said
According to her, she did hear her voice in one moment “just before the violence” occurred, but her mother immediately turned off the television.
The scene in question, in which Reagan portrays a giant doll supervising a lethal children’s game, has the show’s greatest fatality count, with losing participants cruelly gunned down.
She went on to say that her parents also refused to let her 14-year-old brother see the film.
“Even my brother – he’s 14 – my parents don’t even allow him to watch it,” she added.
