“If you’re unhappy, don’t come” – Chinese company reportedly introduce Unhappy Leave for workers

A company based in china announced an interesting policy that every employee would love to have in their company.

The company, who’s organization is yet to be revealed has reportedly introduce a leave called “Unhappy Leave”.

The leave just as the name suggests means employees are allowed to stay home whenever they feel unhappy.

The company is trying to maintain a healthy and happy workspace for all workers

As a result, they believe anyone feeling unhappy would likely not give his or her all when present at work.

The policy was received with mixed reactions with some section of social media users arguing that some employees may intentionality skip work with claims they’re unhappy.
