He was diagnosed with multiple system atrophy in 1997, but no one knows what caused it or what treatment would be effective for him.
He also abused alcohol and drugs and had a diet that was unhealthy.
In the months leading up to Cash’s death, his wife June Cash had passed away after a heart surgery. The couple had an intense love affair, which may have caused his heart to break.
It was one of the most stressful events for Cash, and he told his audience he wouldn’t stand it if June passed away.
Even after June’s passing, he was still in good spirits and was quoted as saying he wouldn’t die without her.
After being a rock star for so long, Cash was diagnosed with Shy-Drager syndrome. This condition is a condition caused by diabetes.
The person suffers from physical pain in the heart and increases levels of stress hormones.
Despite being an avid musician, Cash was unable to cope with the shock of losing his wife.
He even told his audience that he couldn’t stand the thought of not seeing his wife again.
