Shatta Wale in his maiden state of the art address has touched on many things he believes needs to be improved to make the music and arts industry a refined one
One of the things the SM boss stressed on is the decentralization of music events to cover the entire country.
In his speech Shatta Wale revealed always holding major events in Accra does not help to support talents scattered across the country.
He proposed that event organizers should have a look at this development and come up with plans to equally hold big events outside Accra to other parts of Ghana.
This he believes will help promote local talents at various communities and towns in Ghana.
He also appealed that the government should consider using 10% of sports allocated budget to support the music and arts industry.
Shatta Wale added, there is vast tourism potential That can be unlocked with musicians if Government shows commitment in supporting the sector financially
