It surprising the ordeals some properties can be used for after being leased out by the landlord to a tenant. Some even go as far as using a property for a different purpose as agreed.

He went a step further by renting out some of the rooms as private suites and launching an aggressive advertising campaign on social media that caught everyone’s attention.

In a video posted on TikTok, the landlord narrated how he heard rumors of what his property had been turned into. He decided to make a surprise visit only to discover that there was a total makeover of the whole property including adding a swimming pool.

He later found out that the tenant who also owed rent was doing heavy social media promotion for the supposed clubhouse.

The landlord filed a lawsuit against his tenant upon discovering what the house was being used for.
