– Shatta Wale breaks silence on Fix the Nation Protests

– He has issued an apology to Ghanaians on his silence on the entire protest

– His apology came in an interview with controversial Media personality Kelvin Taylor

Just months ago, Ghana was hit with massive online protest against what everyone described as bad Governance, in fact even though we are divided with Political opinions, the youths decided to put their political lenses to bed and focus on the main agenda.

Before that, similar thing happened in Nigeria with “End Sars” protest and almost all Ghanaian top personalities added their voice in support for them including Shatta Wale who even dedicated a song to send a clear message to the Nigerian government to put an end to any form of police brutality.

However same action wasn’t taken by the Dancehall musician when it was happening in his own country and many are quick to call him out despite his absence in the country and social media as well.

Shatta Wale was hosted in a interview by Kelvin Taylor and when asked about why his silence, he admits he should have done as he did to Nigeria’s situation and quickly went on to say sorry to the youths who are championing the agenda to mount some pressure on government to sit up.
