A young man has lost total concentration after seeing the backside of a lady in the gym .
The young man who was under the leg pressing machine had his head in the clouds and forgot why he was in the gym in the first place .
The lady however was spotted working out in a cat pose position .
After seeing the enormous backside of the lady, he kept his eyes locked unto her and could not continue with his sessions.
This video has re-sparked the conversation about the power that women possess over men.
Others on social media have however stated that a concentrated mind cannot be distracted, implying that the man allowed himself to be led astray.
