Thieves break into a coffin shop in Kumasi to steal two coffins

Stealing is not an absolute moral law even though stealing possessions is almost always wrong. Stealing has exceptions and it can be legally permitted within reason under five general circumstances: During a self-defense war, in personal self-defense, for food during food emergencies, taxation, and law enforcement or public self-defense.

But to hear of thieves breaking into a shop to steal nothing but coffins is really amazing. These thieves stole two coffins from a shop in the middle of the night.

Upon coming to work the following day, the shop owner realized what has taken place and it really seemed like a surprise to him. Expressing his shock, he indicated that for several years of working he has never seen anything of such nature.

The shop was insulated with a wire mesh and the thieves cut through it, raised the wire and managed to sneak into the open space. It’s not clear what they intend to do with the coffins. This incident took place in the Ashanti Regional capital of Kumasi.
