Trump says pardons signed by Biden’s autopen are now ‘void, vacant and of no further force or effect”

President Donald Trump has revealed that all last-minute pardons signed under former President Joe Biden using an autopen are now nullified and void.

In a post on his Truth Social account, Trump said he is voiding all last-minute pardons by Biden’s autopen while calling the former president a “sleepy head” in the process.

“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” Trump wrote on his timeline.

In his post, Trump also made allegations that these pardons were unknown to Biden and that they were signed without his consent.

“In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!” Trump wrote.

“The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime,” he continued.
