US attacks Yemen’s capital in an airstrike, injures several women and children

The United States has launched another deadly attack on the capital of Yemen. The airstrike caused massive damage to several infrastructures and people.

Seven women and two children were injured in a US air strike that hit an under-construction occasions hall in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa on March 19.

The US launched heavy air strikes against Yemen on March 15, claiming to be targeting the Houthi group, sparking mass protests in the country and retaliatory attacks on shipping in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.

President Donald Trump authorized these large-scale airstrikes targeting Houthi terrorists in Yemen, following attacks on US ships and aircraft.

According to a post by Trump on Truth Social, the Houthi group attacked an American vessel and thus they are going to use “overwhelming lethal force” to eliminate them.
