Rebecca Elizabeth Breeds (born 17 June 1987) is an Australian actress. She is well known for her roles as Cassie Cometti in Blue Water High and as Ruby Buckton in Home and Away.

Rebecca was born on 17 June 1978 in Sydney. There is no information on her early childhood. The identity of her parents is not known. It is also not known whether she has siblings or not.

She graduated from St. Andrews Cathedral School. She also studied music and performing arts at the University of New South Wales.

Rebecca has been in the movie industry since she made her debut in 2000. Her first lead role was in 2008 when she played Leah Pointin in a movie titled Newcastle. She has since appeared in several films and television films. They include Home and Away, Blue Waters, The Originals, Legacies, Pretty Little Liars, Slam, and The Code, among others.
