Only recently has Asherey Ryan’s identity been made public. The remaining four victims’ identities are still a mystery.

The Mercedes was headed northbound on La Brea when it crossed a red light, according to CHP investigations; the exact cause of the collision was unknown.

According to the CHP, a 40-year-old male driver of a dark Mercedes-Benz ran a red light on La Brea Avenue at Slauson and collided with around a dozen other vehicles. Then, two vehicles caught fire.

The female Mercedes driver, who narrowly avoided the collision but sustained serious injuries, was taken to the hospital.

Others rushed into the intersection to offer support. CBSLA observed a child’s seat in the middle of Slauson Avenue, and CHP investigators reported that some victims had been ejected from their vehicles.

Six individuals, including a pregnant mother, died at La Brea.

A shocked crowd watched as a speeding car that had run a red light collided with another vehicle on Thursday in the Windsor Hills.

A pregnant woman, according to Alphonso Word, was lying off to the side. Six people were killed and eight others were injured, according to investigators, after a female Mercedes driver allegedly slammed into a number of vehicles at the junction of South La Brea and Slauson avenues around 1:40 p.m.

The driver was traveling south on La Brea Avenue when he struck a vehicle on Slauson Avenue, then impacted another vehicle, another vehicle, and a gas station sign.

At least three of the automobiles caught fire after the collision. There, it was stated that Asherey Ryan, her unborn child, and four other people died.

A Mercedes driver has been detained.

A 40-year-old nurse was detained and is currently being held on charges of vehicular manslaughter in connection with the terrible Windsor Hills incident.

It has been established that the woman receiving medical care at the hospital is the driver of the Mercedes-Benz that collided while traveling at an estimated speed of 80 to 100 mph along La Brea Avenue toward Slauson Avenue.

According to two sources, she supports the California Highway Patrol investigation, and detectives are examining her bloodwork to see whether or not she was under the influence.

The district attorney for Los Angeles County will formally charge her on Monday. The arrest happens when the coroner recognizes the expectant mother who perished in the high-speed crash.
