Rapper PnB Rock was killed at a Los Angeles restaurant earlier this month, and police on Wednesday named a suspect and appealed for help finding him.

PnB Rock, whose real name was Rakim Allen, was shot and killed on September 12 while having dinner with his girlfriend at a Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles restaurant in the 100 block of West Manchester Avenue. The authorities suspect Freddie Lee Trone was involved in the incident.

Before leaving the restaurant in a waiting car, the shooter took some of Allen’s belongings and made demands on his girlfriend.

A social media post, according to police, may have led the suspect to Allen’s whereabouts.

Police said Trone should be treated as armed and dangerous but did not specify if he was the shooter or if he was in the waiting vehicle.

Who is Freddie Lee Trone and his 17-year-old son?

Law enforcement sources say the 17-year-old son of Freddie Trone has been arrested in connection to the shooting. TMZ told the son was the shooter, and Freddie drove the getaway car.
