Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene is accused of having a series of “brazen” relationships with her husband a decade ago.
Perry Greene, a QAnon and conspiracy theory aficionado, is his wife, and the couple just celebrated their silver wedding anniversary.
Who is Marjorie Taylor Greene’s husband Perry Greene?
Greene, 47, is married to Perry Greene, 50, and the couple have three children together: Lauren, Taylor, and Derek.
Perry graduated from the University Of Georgia Terry College Of Business with a degree in accounting in 1996.
He started his career as an accountant at Ernst and Young, according to The Focus.
He was hired as a general manager at Taylor Construction – a building contractor business – in 1997.
Perry was appointed as the company’s president in 1999, where he remains to this day.
The doting husband often shares posts supporting his wife’s career.
When did the couple get married?
The couple tied the knot in 1995 and celebrated 25 years of marriage on August 11, 2020.
Greene described Perry as her “best friend and biggest supporter” in a Facebook post to mark the anniversary.
The post said: “25 years ago, I said ‘I do.’
“Perry Greene and I have had some great adventures, but the best thing we’ve done has been being blessed with our 3 children.
“Perry, thank you for being my best friend and biggest supporter always! I love you!!”
Was Marjorie Taylor Greene banned from Twitter?
On Sunday, January 2, 2022, Twitter confirmed they have suspended Marjorie Taylor Greene’s account for “repeated violations of our COVID-19 misinformation policy,” according to CNN.
Although Greene still has access to the social media site via her official congressional account, @RepMTG, her personal account – where she tweeted from most – has been permanently suspended.
Greene’s personal Twitter had over 465K followers at the time of its suspension, and has been shut down by the company before for false claims about the pandemic and 2020 election.
After finding out about the ban, Greene said in a statement: “Social media platforms can’t stop the truth from being spread far and wide.
“Big Tech can’t stop the truth. Communist Democrats can’t stop the truth. I stand with the truth and the people. We will overcome!”
What is the alleged Marjorie Taylor Greene cheating scandal?
Greene reportedly cheated on her husband with a polyamorous tantric sex guru and the manager at her gym.
She was allegedly unfaithful to her husband with “brazen” affairs a decade ago, according to the Daily Mail.
Greene’s former boss, billionaire Jim Chambers, said she had the affairs while working for him at the CrossFit gym in Alpharetta, Georgia, in 2012.
Chambers claimed to have had affairs with “Tantric Warrior” Craig Ivey and Justin Tway, a gym manager.
While working in Alpharetta’s gyms, she reportedly met Ivey and began dating him.
“Certainly she was screwing around,” an unnamed gym-goer close to the controversial lawmaker told the Daily Mail, claiming her secret trysts were clear to everyone.
But Greene told the Mail the claims are “ridiculous tabloid garbage spread by an avowed Communist”.
She said the claims are “another attempt to smear my name because I’m the biggest threat to the Democrats’ Socialist agenda”.
Greene often describes herself as a “strong conservative Christian”.
Greene was having “many, flagrant extramarital affairs in front of all of us,” according to Chambers’ claims in The New Yorker magazine in October of 2020.
According to the magazine, they spoke with someone with whom Greene was supposedly having an affair, who gave “text message proof” that she was sleeping with him from the now-congresswoman.
Greene and her husband appear to have been unaffected by her claimed extramarital affairs, as he has remained at her side during her ascent to stardom.
