Ben Roberts-Smith is a former Special Armed Services member has been charged with impeding and shoving an Australian Federal Police officer.
Person X, who can only be known by his initials, testified in Mr Roberts-defamation Smith’s trial and was arrested yesterday.
He was back at his hotel when AFP police arrived with a warrant to seize his phone, according to 9News.
He allegedly defied the cops’ commands and pushed one of them. The former SAS soldier is now charged with two counts, one of which is inflicting injury to a Commonwealth official.
He was released on a $10,000 bond and is now free to travel anywhere in the world as long as he returns to Australia for any court hearings.
