Within the Akan settings, there are great number of secrets that binds a particular kingdom. Some of these secrets are of utmost importance that nobody dares reveal it or he or she must be beheaded.
His royal Highness, Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu, the paramount chief of Dormaa, a town situated in the Brong Ahafo Region has once again jabbed the Ashanti people for what he describes as lies that they peddle to enhance their image.
At the communal labor, a few days ago, the chief made it his duty to expose the Ashanti tribe and it’s true meaning. This single move infuriated the King’s subjects who rained insults and cursed the chief. They posited that his assertions would bring tribal hatred amongst the two Akan Nations.
Fast forward, the chief whose seat of government is the Abranpedease has told his subjects on Abranpedease live TV that, ” I explained just one of your historical lies. I know much concerning you Ashantis. With only one expose, see how you’re screaming. You see how you’re wailing?”
“Let me tell you, This is a Final warning to Manhyia and Kumasi. I’ll not speak furthermore but if I hear a single statement, I’ll bring out your worse history.”
“This is how it feels. Don’t Dare Me Osagyefo Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu anymore. I’ll never speak against Otumfour. However I’m unhappy that he sees his subjects to disrespect me and my kingdom comprising my great predecessors in his sight.”
