Former signee of Lynxx Entertainment Mzvee has opened up on some of the treatment she had as an Artiste with record label Lynxx entertainment.
Speaking on Neat Fm in Accra the “Natural Girl” hitmaker revealed that when she ended her contract with Lynxx Entertainment, they requested she pays for the car they gave her when she was a signee of the.
“They asked me to pay for the car and I said okay, but I told them I was going to pay in installments and they agreed so I paid” she told the host.
Among other things she spoke about is how she paid her own rent but when it’s necessary Lynxx Entertainment owned by Richie Mensah do come in to support her pay for her 3 bedroom apartment.
Mzvee added that she enjoyed her stay with the label and was pampered even though it was not all rosy. She gave credence to the fact that record labels don’t bag in enough money in Ghana like others in America do as such she feels the best of what Lynxx Entertainment could do was what they did when she was an Artiste on the label.
Mzvee was part of the music group D3 which was equally managed by Lynxx entertainment. She went solo and produced hit songs with Lynxx entertainment until 2017 when she took a break from doing music.
She came back in 2019 and announced she was no longer going to be under the management of Lynxx entertainment based on mutual understanding.
She has since released songs doing well and catching up to where she left.
Upon her come back Mzvee has since released hit songs such as “Sherrif, Balance which featured Sarkodie and currently “Vanity” featuring Kelvyn Boy
