The Try Guys is an American online entertainment group and media production company which produces content for its YouTube channel.
The group was founded by Keith Habersberger, Ned Fulmer, Zach Kornfeld, and Eugene Lee Yang. They have been in production since September 2014.
The group was formed at the company BuzzFeed in 2014 by then-employees. Their first video was “Guys Try Ladies’ Underwear for the First Time”.
Recently, there has been a vacant space in the group after they fired Ned Fulmer. Fans are wondering if Ned will be replaced.
Will The Try Guys Replace Ned Fulmer?
No, The Try Guys will not replace Ned Fulmer. Ned’s position will remain vacant as far as the group is concerned and the show continues to run. The unanimous decision was taken by the members of the team on October 6, 2022.
According to Zach, it is going to be challenging but it also allows them to try new content. In an interview with TryPod, he said, “For better or for worse, we’re here now and what I see in that is an opportunity to have the Try Guys be more fluid and grow with us as we grow.”
When asked about the replacement for Ned, Zach continued by saying, “That’s another rapid question, are we going to have a new fourth Try Guy? No. We will have new people that come in and out. We obviously already have our buddy Kwesi who we love but I don’t want to put pressure on anyone to say, ‘This is the new Try Guy and he is the replacement.’ That’s not fair to them.”
Why Was Ned Fulmer Fired?
Ned Fulmer was fired after he got involved in a workplace relationship. The identity of his partner was not disclosed.
The team announced that Fulmer would no longer be working with the group following an internal review regarding an extramarital affair with an employee.
The information was conveyed through a Twitter post.
Where Is Ned Fulmer Now?
After he was fired, nothing has been heard from Ned Fulmer. He has not made any public comments about his dismissal yet.
Ned wrote a tweet saying, “Family should have always been my priority, but I lost focus and had a consensual workplace relationship. I’m sorry for any pain that my actions may have caused the guys and the fans but most of all to Ariel. The only thing that matters right now is my marriage and my children, and that’s where I am going to focus my attention.”
